My family has been part of Park City’s real estate story for nearly four decades. My dad, Lew Fine, started selling real estate here in the 1980s—back when Deer Valley was young and Park City was still a ski town with rough edges. He and my mom, Arlene, poured themselves into the community. They helped build the Jazz Festival, supported the People’s Health Clinic from its earliest days, and were active members of Temple Har Shalom. Their fingerprints are still all over this town.
I joined my dad in 1994. We worked side by side for more than twenty years, navigating market booms, downturns, and everything in between. He passed away a few years ago, but the way he treated people—straightforward, ethical, and fully present—still guides how I do business today.
My brother Joel came on board in 2005 and immediately made an impact. He hit top-five status in his first year, served with the Park City Ambassadors, volunteered at KPCW, started the “Kids Learn the Snow and Ice” program, and led Temple Har Shalom as its president. Joel has since stepped away from real estate after a major health event, but his drive and his community focus remain part of what Fine Property stands for.
As for me:
I’ve been at this for more than 30 years. I’ve served as President of the Wasatch Back MLS, twice been named Realtor of the Year, and earned multiple Salesperson of the Year awards. I’ve served on boards for the Park City Chamber/Bureau, People’s Health Clinic, and the Rotary Club of Park City, where I also served as President. And when I’m not working, I’m usually racing go-karts or wrenching on something with an engine.
Even though it’s just me representing clients day-to-day, I’m based out of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties Redstone office in Kimball Junction, where I serve as Branch Broker. I also have solid support behind me: Kelsey, who keeps the paperwork and contract flow tight, a skilled back office that handles professional photography, aerial imaging, video production, signage, and Tim and Sarah, who consistently produce some of the cleanest, most effective luxury real estate marketing materials in the Park City market.
