Deep Park City Roots
The Fine family has been part of Park City’s real estate story for nearly four decades. Rich’s father, Lew Fine, began selling real estate in Park City in the 1980s, when Deer Valley was still in its early years and Park City was evolving into the world-class destination it is today. Lew and Rich’s mother, Arlene, were deeply involved in the community, helping support local institutions and causes including the Jazz Festival, People’s Health Clinic, and Temple Har Shalom.
Rich joined his father in the business in 1994, and the two worked side by side for more than twenty years through changing markets, growth cycles, and major shifts in Park City real estate. That experience helped shape the way Rich works today: direct, ethical, attentive, and grounded in long-term relationships. The Fine name has long been associated not only with real estate in Park City, but also with meaningful community involvement and local knowledge built over decades.
Rich’s brother, Joel Fine, also played an important role in the business and in the broader Park City community. His contributions included volunteer leadership, civic involvement, and support for local organizations, all of which remain part of the values behind Fine Property.
Leadership, Experience, and Community Involvement
In addition to more than 30 years of real estate experience, Rich Fine has served in numerous leadership roles within the Park City and Wasatch Back communities. He is a two-time Realtor of the Year and has earned multiple Salesperson of the Year awards. His leadership background includes serving as President of the Park City Board of Realtors, President of the Park City MLS, and President of the Rotary Club of Park City. He has also served on boards for the Park City Chamber/Bureau and People’s Health Clinic.
Today, Rich is based out of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties Redstone office in Kimball Junction, where he serves as Branch Broker. While Rich is the one representing clients day to day, he is backed by an experienced support team that helps manage contracts, photography, aerial imaging, video production, signage, and luxury marketing execution.
