Deer Valley® is one of the main areas of Park City. It encompasses a large master plan from Steins Lodge practically down to the town of Park City. It now includes the expanded areas of Deer Crest and Empire Pass. I ran this chart in the Park City board of Realtors multiple listing system today, showing the price per square foot of the last 4000+ sales over a 10 year period.
