We contacted several realtors through an internet search when we were looking for a vacation home in the area. Rich Fine responded within an hour of our initial inquiry. His knowledge of Park City and the surrounding communities proved spot on. We put in an offer, which was accepted before we returned home. Rich handled all the closing details and we moved in the next month. We have been enjoying our vacation home here for more than two years and we simply couldn’t be more pleased with our decision.
