Old Town is known around town as the Historic District, and the heart of the Park City. If you like a little bit of funky in your real estate, this town can dish that up. Most Old Town lots are 25’x75′, you get to know your neighbor, and their favorite wine. Local restaurants line the street, along with art galleries, clubs, and shops. And in the summer, they close the street for a Food Festival, and separately, an Art Festival.

A major benefit, Old Town sports a chairlift right down to Main Street, and ski runs to bring you back. Hiking and biking are right here as well, even lift assisted if you prefer to travel one direction.
