Located in the aspen covered hillsides surrounding the Park City Municipal golf course are the upscale Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs neighborhoods. These areas are made up of condominiums, single-family residences and some multi-acre equestrian properties. Residents enjoy amazing views of the diverse scenic vistas surrounding the neighborhood from the beautiful forested hillsides to the spacious golf course, and the picturesque meadows surrounding the often photographed white McPollin Barn.
Due to their prime location, Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs residents enjoy quick access to many year round recreational activities. In the spring, fall, and summer, the nearby trail system is a favorite of hikers and mountain bikers of all abilities, and in the winter time Park City’s well-groomed Nordic trail system can be accessed from this area. These neighborhoods sit at the base of Park City Mountain Resort and are also minutes away from the Canyons and Deer Valley ski resorts, and Historic Main Street.
Many of the condominiums in Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs were built in the 70’s and 80’s. Most have been recently renovated and offer the same updated amenities of newer developments. Some of these condominiums include: Three Kings, Snow Flower, and Payday.
